At Timesco, the staff are the backbone of our business, understanding and valuing each individual is an essential part of our corporate culture. We are extremely proud to have a very low staff turnover, with many members of the team having been with the business for over 10 years.

As we have expanded we have grown people internally to higher positions and responsibilities and many of our senior managers have worked their way through various departments over the years. We have also recruited new staff to bring vital skills and knowledge to our business and customers.

We are dedicated to continuous training and assessment throughout all levels and a “why can’t we….” attitude allows us to push development, progress and service levels higher and higher.
