The Management Team
Managing Director: Sohail Fayyaz

Joined the company in 1980.

Sales & Marketing Director: Shah Fayyaz

Joined the team in 1984.

General Manager: Andy Boylett

Andy's title of General Manager also encompasses his work as Quality Manager and IT and Operations Manager among other responsibilities. Andy is a Timesco veteran now with over 17 years experience in the company, overseeing its development from our humble origins in Pentonville Road, through two relocations to the new site here at Carnival Park.

Andy originally came to Timesco from a background of IT and banking, having worked for the Bank of England and Royal Bank of Scotland before joining Timesco for "a new challenge" in 1991. Andy has found those challenges to be ever present and more demanding due to the constantly evolving nature of the business that continues to motivate him every day.

UK Hospital Sales Manager: Jonas Hills

Jonas began working for Timesco in 1997 to develop our EMS market. He has now progressed to UK Hospital Sales Manager and manages a team of 7 sales representatives. He works closely with our product managers and hospital support team, developing new sales strategies and driving the sales team. Working out on the road alongside the sales team he has excellent relationships with our customers and suppliers.

Marketing Manager: Angela Massey

Angela has worked at Timesco since she left school and has just reached her 12th year with the company. There isn’t a department that she hasn’t worked in and therefore has a great knowledge of the mechanics of Timesco. She is responsible for driving our marketing campaigns and overseeing the smooth running of the marketing department.

Angela is responsible for the informative publications that put our literature above anyone else’s in our industry.

Anaesthesia Product Manager: Graham Dodds

Developing and supporting the Anaesthesia market is Graham’s brief. He has years of experience in the Medical Products sector working for companies such as Intavent. Since working for Timesco, he has introduced products such as LMA and Clarus Optical Stylets.

He is continually creating partnerships to support the development of new innovative anaesthesia products within the industry.

Footcare Product Manager: Katrina Hills

It’s Katrina’s job to manage the Footcare products and sales for the U.K. hospital market. Her responsibilities include sourcing new merchandise, ensuring that Timesco keeps up to date with government legislation that affects surgical instruments and decontamination and attending Chiropody exhibitions and conferences.

Katrina has over 17 years of experience working in footcare, 12 of those years spent at Timesco and 5 years before that working for the ACCO (Association of Chief Chiropody Officers). She is well known in the industry and has a superb knowledge of the footcare market and its expanding needs.

Warehouse Manager Malcolm Brown

Malcolm has the tough job of managing the operations and logistics of the warehouse. He maintains and manages the high quality of Timesco’s stock from the moment it reaches our door until the moment it leaves through a process of booking in, quality checking, etching, labelling and packaging.

He came to Timesco in 2006 with a wealth of experience having previously managed operations for companies such as Vodafone and Monsoon.

Primary Care Product Manager & B2B Manager Ken Massey

As Primary Care's Product Manager, Ken manages all of Timesco’s Pre-hospital customers, directing all promotional material, attending all exhibitions and developing the primary care product range.

As Timesco's Business to Business Manager it is Ken's job to develop new business working relationships and maintain our existing business partnerships..

Ken has been a member of the Timesco team for over 10 years, he has excellent product knowledge and has played an integral role in the growth of sales and the excellent reputation that Timesco has today.

Sales Support Manager Mark Lapping

As Timesco’s Sales Supportt Manager, it is Mark’s job to manage the internal sales team, whilst working alongside Jonas our U.K. Sales Manager to support our external sales team. It is his responsibility to ensure that we offer the best customer service and sales support possible.

Mark has worked for Timesco for over 10 years, he has great product knowledge and an excellent working relationship with the support team and Timesco customers.

Export Special Projects Manager Charanjiv Jutla

Charanjiv has been at Timesco for many years, initially employed as a Warehouse Supervisor, she then continued her journey through the company into the purchasing department where she developed an extensive knowledge of Timesco’s instrument patterns. Now as Exports Special Projects Manager, Charanjiv manages all of our large export accounts and OEM orders, she works closely with Sohail and oversees the smooth running of the export department.

Purchasing Manager Aloysius Lobo

Aloysius’ brief is to manage the purchasing needs of the company, delivering value and quality to the customer. It is his responsibility to manage suppliers, logistics and supply of stock to the customers’ needs. Aloysius is new to the company but joins us with 16 years of experience working in managing supply chain for consumer and medical diagnostic products.

Financial Controller Karsan Halai

Karsan joined the Timesco team in 2006, he has the hard job of managing the company’s finances and controlling the expenses of our sales team! He has years of experience in the accounting field having previously worked for an accountancy practice in East London. In the short time that Karsan has been with the company he has made a big impact and aims to continue to improve the accounting practices of the finance department.

Export Administration Manager Heather Nash

Heather has worked in the Export Healthcare Industry for over 20 years. She joined Timesco in 2007 and is responsible for the day to day running of the export department, ensuring that all orders are processed and despatched with all the necessary documentation.

Web & Design Manager Helen Light

Helen joined Timesco's Marketing team in 2004 and is now responsible for managing the Timesco website and all literature, promotional and exhibition design. Helen works closely with Timesco's Marketing Manager, Angela to develop the Timesco brand, producing informative material that helps drives forward Timesco sales.

European Business Manager Keith McVeigh

Keith joined Timesco in 2008 as an Anaesthetic Sales Specialist for our UK division, responsible for accounts in the South East of England before being promoted to European Business Manager in March 2009 and is now responsible for business in Europe, U.S.A and Canada and is currently based in Southern Ireland.

Keith's first job in sales was for Blease, selling Anaesthetic machines and ventilators before moving to Intersurgical, where he was promoted to Senior Sales Manager. He has also gained vast experience and knowledge working for 10 years as an Operating Department Practitioner working in various UK hospitals including the world famous St.Bartholomews.

Special Projects Manager Fiona McVeigh

As a business we have numerous ideas and projects that we want to initiate. With the number of projects increasing, Timesco has employed Fiona McVeigh as our 'Special Projects Manager'.This position will allow Timesco to conduct more research and development, project planning and resource management required.

Fiona has worked for Timesco for over 8 years, initially as one of Timesco's Territory Managers and before Timesco she worked as an A&E Nurse. her experience enables has an excellent understanding of the working practices of the NHS, coupled with her Timesco product knowledge she is ideal for this role.
