HOW WE DO IT  - Quality Checks

To maintain our high product quality, we have an extensive quality department that controls the high standards of the products we manufacture.

Each reusable instrument undergoes a variety of inspections and tests to ensure pattern and material conformity and that the instrument is fit for purpose. This ensures the highest levels of quality and service throughout our entire product portfolio.

We aim to reject any substandard instrument before it leaves our warehouse. We would rather reject an entire manufacturing batch than risk faulty products failing during clinical procedures.

We manufacture through a variety of factories, to our specifications. All products and processes are accredited to ISO and internationally recognised standards.

We routinely check material quality for hardness and durability running by autoclave testing and working with an independent testing house (CATRA) in Sheffield and RAPRA.
