About 20 minutes from Junction 29 on the M25 follow, A127 towards Basildon / Southend. Take the first Basildon exit onto the A176 towards Basildon and then the A1235 towards Pipps Hill. Take the first exit at the roundabout for Festival Leisure Park for 100 yards, then the third exit onto Carnival Close. Timesco is on your left opposite McDonalds.
